God damnit, gym. All I want right now is booze and pasta.

Is there ever a point where you stop wanting booze and slovenly junk food after the gym? Because even after months and months of dedication, I have not reached that point. Fuck.

Usually after the gym, I just want to eat an entire chicken.

Although right now I’m drinking a margarita, if that counts.

  2. becoming-wave said: maybe try to ease out of it with close but healthier equivalents? whole wheat pasta with tons of veggies and chicken breast or tofu on it? you could lower the pasta portion and raise the veggie portion gradually! and IDK, gin & OJ instead of a beer?
